WILWOOD BRAKE CALIPER REBUILDS

Our Wilwood caliper rebuild service is designed to restore performance, reliability, and confidence in your braking system. Each caliper is carefully disassembled and cleaned, allowing us to thoroughly inspect every component for unusual wear or damage. Depending on condition, we’ll either replace the piston or polish and reuse it to ensure smooth operation.
We upgrade the internals with our custom low-drag, Teflon-coated seals for improved efficiency and reduced brake drag. Bleeder screws are replaced as standard, and scuff plates are cleaned to maintain proper pad alignment and caliper integrity. Once each part meets our standards, we reassemble the caliper to precise specs—so it’s ready to perform right out of the box.

Pricing starts at $99 per caliper plus parts, with a typical turnaround time of approximately 7-10 business days.

​LEGENDS AXLE INSPECTION AND BEARING REPLACEMENT

A straight axle is critical for both performance and reliability in your Legend Car. Our inspection process begins by checking each axle for straightness—something often overlooked but vital to reducing drag, minimizing bind, and making installation smoother. A straight axle also decreases the risk of premature failure, helping you avoid costly breakages at the track.

Once the axle passes inspection, we remove the old bearings, clean the housing ends, and install new premium, superfinished bearings. These bearings are engineered to reduce friction, heat, and wear, giving you a more efficient and longer-lasting drivetrain. If we find any signs of damage or excessive wear, we’ll reach out with recommendations before proceeding.

Pricing starts at $25 per axle for inspection, plus $150 for bearing replacement and installation. Turnaround time is typically 2–3 business days.
